That is the most common complaint I hear from clients about their websites. Too many designers believe they know best, no matter what. I believe this is ridiculous. No one knows your business better than you.

As a website designer, I see my role as designing the website using the information and ideas you provide me. Throughout the design process I ensure that you are kept informed and consulted on any decisions. Of course, I provide advice on the possibilities and potential problems with any element of your website to ensure that the website will function properly and will be accessible to most users, but ultimately it is your decision - it's your website.
